Your orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via IRI post, Aramex Or DHL. If you prefer delivery by Extra delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delivery charges are calculated by the website based on the weight and sizes of packed goods.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at email@example.com. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged and opened. Be noted that for international shipment may be the customs of countries open the packages to check the contents. So if the packages are opened, please check completely for damages before signing the delivery receipt.

After receiving a returns reference then follow the below steps:
You will need to return the item, unused, in suitable outer packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address you received in you returns reference, enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given. Please note that Mitra Luxury will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit.
Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but not any standard delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us. Please kindly note that in addition to delivery costs, 20% of the item total sale amount is deducted from your refund due to administration and processing fees. Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
For any International returns, please may we also ask you to ensure that you mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ along with your name clearly on the outside of the parcel to avoid any import duty on its arrival in the Iran, any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you at your return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you would like to amend an order that you have placed with us, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible and we will do our best to process your request.
Please note that cannot amend your order if it has already been picked in our warehouse but we will always check this for you and endeavour to help wherever we possibly can.
